Each Member of Wekiva Golf Villas Homeowners Association is subject to Assessments as stipulated in Declarations Article IV – Covenant for Maintenance Assessments. At the November 27, 2019 Board Meeting the Directors set assessments as follows:
- Assessments for the period January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019 are $230.00 per member lot, optionally payable in the amount of $115 per quarter, due January 1, 2019 and April 1, 2019. NOTE – the option to pay quarterly ceases after this period ends. Assessments as defined below are due and payable in full effective July 1, 2019 and yearly thereafter.
- Assessments for the period July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020 are $440 per member lot, due and payable in full effective July 1, 2019.
- Invoices are mailed 30 days in advance of the due date.
- A Late Fee of $25.00 applies to payments received 30 days after the due date. Payments overdue 30 days or more after the due date will be referred for collection to Wekiva Golf Villas Homeowners Association attorney with all applicable legal fees and expenses billed to the member.
