Wekiva Golf Villas
This small residential development is located in central Florida Seminole County in the postal district of Longwood, FL 32779. It is one of nine sub-associations within Wekiva Hunt Club Community Association, Inc. of 2,600 single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums.
Wekiva Golf Villas consists of fifty-six single-family homes built in the early eighties. The development borders Wekiva Golf Club and spans three adjacent cul-de-sacs at Albrighton Court, West York Court and West Wyndham Court. Nearby is Wekiwa Springs State Park and the city of Altamonte Springs in the northern suburbs of Orlando.
Forty-nine properties within Wekiva Golf Villas sub-association are Members of the not-for-profit WEKIVA GOLF VILLAS HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC. Members have exclusive access to Wekiva Golf Villas community pool and facilities, pavilion and picnic area:
Membership is appurtenant to property ownership and subject to Assessments as further described in the Articles of Incorporation. Property owners’ rights and obligations as Members of the Association are described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions which, by extension, applies to tenants.
The Association is administered by a volunteer five-person Board of Directors who serve staggered three year terms. There is no set schedule for board meetings except Budget and Annual meetings held in November and January respectively. Notice of meetings when scheduled are posted at the top of this page and on the pool bulletin board per Florida Statutes.
Don’t Feed The Bears. Bears are often seen foraging by the pool and neighborhood. A mother and her two young daughters enjoyed an evening dip at the pool when just minutes after they left a bear strolled by the gate! Be aware of your surroundings and stay vigilant.
